  1. Mandy, other common causes are dehydration and a deficiency in one or more electrolytes which are magnesium, potassium, calcium, and sodium.

  3. I have been using a bar of soap under my sheets for two years wow what I difference. I suffered with really bad cramping. Which is a symptom of Kennedy’s Disease, which I have. I have been virtually cramp free since I started using the soap bar.

  4. I just saw the video and am going to try it!
    Not much is apparently known about RLS but from my experience it seems to happen to me when I am over tired and try to go to sleep after I get over the “sleepy”feeling and am on a “second wind” buzz. I wonder if the brain gets so tired it sends signals to the legs? Slow release magnesium tablets taken at night always sort out leg cramps too. Thanks for the great site!

    Soap in the bed for 2 weeks now..going great !! Have suffered with cramp for 30 years or more and have tried every remedy in the book. The trouble is, it comes in varying attacks, and last for about a week and a 1/2. OK up to now..so praying this is a way to a normal nights sleep.

    Thanks. I haven’t gotten around to making another video on leg cramps. But a lot has to do with deficiencies (minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium, and/or sodium) as well as well as dehydration and/or tight muscles. Plus any combination of those.

    I’m glad your carpal tunnel problem is okay now. I would love if you could send me a testimonial. People woudl be interested in your story.

    A 95 yr old friend told me to eat a spoon of mustard if I have leg cramps in the night, It seemed to help me and helped him. So much can be fixed through nutrition (mineral deficiencies, etc)Thanks for your carpal tunnel course- I am fine now
