Quick Carpal Tunnel Remedy

Many years ago when I was developing hand problems, I was looking for answers to work on myself.

The stretches I learned in massage school weren’t  helping.  Icing gave relief, but I knew there had to be a better, more lasting way than dipping my arm in alternating cold and hot water or applying ice packs.

Most books and articles weren’t very helpful.

The first quick method that worked came from a most unusual source.

Watch the Video to See What Changed Everything.

The video referred to is at Carpal Tunnel Treatment

Then I worked on ways to not have to use my thumbs.
Then I expanded the method.

Then I got numb fingers when I raised my arms to steering wheel level, but not when my arms were down.

This technique  didn’t solve that because the problem was coming from somewhere completely different.

And so I worked out a self-massage technique for this new area, and the results were almost instant.

  1. Hello Neil,
I’m cautiously optimistic that yes it can. My primary techniques are no hands massage, which I’ve found to be more specific, quicker, and more effective than stretching. Plus I have a 60 day money back guarantee.
    Happy New Year,

    Hi Hilma,
I’m just wondering if your course would be any good for me ?
Two months ago I had a partial fasciectomy to deal with a 90 degree contraction of my ring finger caused by Dupuytren’s disease. After the op I had no numbness but was told I must be able to make a fist and so I’ve had to do a lot of passive and active manipulation, i.e. pushing my fingers into a fist and then trying to do it actively. I can make a fist now with some effort but a couple of weeks after starting this manipulation I developed the symptoms of CTS i.e. median nerve impingement, which I’ve not had before. They say this ‘should’ clear up but the aggressive hand manipulation does make it worse.Would your course benefit me. do you think ?
    Thank you.

  3. Thanks, glad the videos helped.

  4. Hi Hilma,

You are dead on with your information. I went for months not know what was going on because my doctor told me my numbness would go away. I suffered for 6 months. I had nerve transmission tests, an MRI, and got no relief until I tried physical therapy. I was diagnosed with thoracic outlet syndrome affecting the ulnar nerve. But even after months of therapy I still had intermittent numbness and pain. Your videos and website info helped me figure out I also had pectoralis minor syndrome. Thankfully I am much better now. Thank you for the thought and care you put into your videos and website. You have helped me a lot! Take care.

  6. Jasmine, Thank you for your kind words.

  7. Nancy, What do you do for a living? Do you do it for free? I used to give my videos away, I do also have many free videos. But I’d give people the link and later asked it they watched them. More often than not they didn’t even bother to look. Why, because most people do not value what they get for free.

I have over two hours of video in my course. Believe me they did not take just two hours to produce. The knowledge they came from has first of all taken me years to acquire. I have worked late at night for months on my program. I’ve put in lots of hours putting this together by myself. It is not a Hollywood production. But you will not find all of this information in one place anywhere.

Unlike other programs, I don’t just focus on carpal tunnel syndrome. How much do you think just one doctor visit costs? My course sells for $47.00 which is less than I charge for one massage. The information in the course will last you a lifetime – because you will know how to keep the symptoms from coming back, and how to get rid of them if they do.

I am also spending money on advertising. Yes there are places you can promote for free. But can I say to an advertiser that they should work for free?

Compared to what you would spend elsewhere, and get questionable results because I know so many people who have gone through needless surgery because that was the option they were given.

I save people hundreds or thousands of dollars and provide them with safe non-invasive techniques to make their life better.

  8. Okay…If it works why not give us the info unless you just want to make money and not really help us?
